No Repeat: For specific scenario, when all trigger and conditions are fulfilled and actions are executed a time. Then during the becoming NO REPEAT Seconds (say 36000 seconds, i.e. 10 hours), no repeated actions will be executed even though all trigger and conditions in this scenario are fulfilled. Your customers will not receive multiple non-office hours auto messages within a timeframe.
