Sorting

Change sorting approach:

  1. Click the button under CLOSE tab

  2. Select the approach

Display result of Sort-by approach:

Last Message:

Start with the latest time of chat's last message (either incoming or outgoing message).

Unread Message:

Start with the earliest/oldest time of chat having unread message(s).

Unread Message Count:

Start with the most unread messages of conversation thread having unread message.

Ticket Open Time:

Start with the opening tickets with the longest opening ticket time

Customer Waiting Time:

Start with the chat with the longest time that pending for response to the customers
