Ticket assign

Assign a ticket is essential for users to identify who is responsible to handle the specific ticket.

(Un)assign a ticket:

  • Click the button as shown above

  • Select a user (or select Unassigned to unassign a ticket)

For those open ticket without assignee, there is an indicator "Unassigned _d _h" to count the duration from the time of this ticket being opened to now.
