Reporting

imBee provides three kinds of reports for analytics, which are agents, tickets and channels reports.

For channels and agents reports, only data listing view is available. For tickets reports, bar charts and linear graphs are available.

Set conditions:

1. Click Condition to expand the window

2. Adjust the filters

3. Click Apply

Export reports:

1. After applying the conditions, click Export. A green pop up box will be showed up if the export job is successfully created.

2. Click View the report, it will redirect you to the Export Jobs page.

3. Click Report, the item on the first row will be the latest report you would like to export. Click on it.

4. Click Download to download the report.
