Internal Team Chat

Internal Team Chat allows users to talk to each other internally. Each chat will have a separated internal team chat chatroom.

Similar to the client facing chatroom, you can send text message, send emoji, attach media or document. You can even type @ so as to mention your teammates.

If there is any new messages inside the internal team chat, there will be a blue dot left to the unread message number in the chat list. The blue dot will be disappeared right after you click on the internal team chat of that chat.

Quote message in the chatroom can help you to refer a message from the customer.
